All-Inclusive Stand Packages – Simple, Stylish & Stress-Free

Our exhibition stand packages are designed to make exhibiting easy, professional, and cost-effective. Each package includes everything you need to create a clean, high-impact presence without the hidden costs. Our aim is to make your exhibiting experience as smooth as possible – from first sketch to final stand.

  • Flooring – Carpet or vinyl laid directly to the venue floor (no raised platform)
  • Counters – As pictured
  • Lighting – Arm lights included for a bright, welcoming space
  • Graphics & Walls – High-quality printed Foamex or fabric wall graphics
  • Delivery, Installation & Derig – To UK leading venues: ExCeL London, Olympia London, and the NEC Birmingham
  • Project Management – We handle the logistics, including submission of health & safety documentation to organisers

We offer a wide range of optional extras on request:

  • Furniture packages

  • AV such as screens & LED video walls

  • Raised flooring upgrade

  • Custom counters

  • Additional lighting (spotlights, LED strip lighting)

  • Installations at venues outside of our core locations

  • Any bespoke design elements not shown in the initial visual
